To make your trip planning a little easier, we’ve put together some tips on where to stay and how to get around.

 

Hotels in Brussels

We recommend staying in the city center so you’ll be close to sights, restaurants, and transportation.

 

Guests who are dependent on the bus transfer are advised to stay in the city center, as there will be one single pick-up spot only towards Church, located within walking distance of the hotel recommendation below:

1. Motel One Brussels – Affordable and modern, only a short walk from Parc de Bruxelles.​

Guests arriving by car and traveling independently may prefer staying closer to the venue.

1. Hotel OFF, a boutique hotel right next to the wedding venue. This is an ideal choice if you’d like to be just steps away from the festivities, and parking is available for guests traveling by car. 5 minutes from the Templiers, 15 minutes from the church

• Cosy Room: €116.60 − 5% = €110.77

• Deluxe Room: €151.60 − 5% = €144

  Please mention “GREAT” to benefit from a 5% discount on the public room rate (excluding breakfast). It is possible to add a buffet breakfast at an additional cost (25€PP), which should be specified when making the reservation.
  
  Good to know:

• Hotel OFF only has 28 rooms, and as soon as the invitation is sent out, reservations are likely to be made very quickly.

• Considering the time of the ceremony, I imagine many of you will want to access your room from 12:00 PM rather than the usual 3:00 PM check-in. The hotels have been informed, so please do not hesitate to mention that you would like an early check-in so they can organize accordingly (unless you arrive the evening before).
   

1. Dolce La Hulpe Brussels – A 4-star modern hotel nestled in the Sonian Forest, offering a serene and green setting. Located just 15 minutes by car from the wedding venue, it’s a perfect option for guests who prefer a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.​ 10 minutes from the church, 15 minutes from the Templiers

• Superior Room: €225.00 (official rate €250.00) – maximum 2 adults

• Deluxe Room: €235.00 (official rate €272.00) – maximum 2 adults + one baby

Good to know:

• Ideally, you can request an early check-in from 12:00 PM so that you have enough time to get ready comfortably.

• We recommend asking for rooms on the upper floors to enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding nature.

Getting from and to the Airport

• Brussels Airport (Zaventem) is about 20 minutes from the city center.

• Train: Direct trains run from the airport to Brussels Central Station every 10–15 minutes.

• Taxi (Unitax)/Uber: Around €45–€55 depending on traffic.

Saturday only: Wedding Day Transportation
We are arranging a bus to and from the church so you can relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics.
